Communicate with sponsors. Gather contest and competition prizes. Prepare contest diploma templates.
Pick competitions.
Invite possible helpers and judges. Every organimzer and judge shiud register on the contest portal.
Adjust the rules for competition as it is necessary.
Adjust the rules for the overall winning.
Stet date and place. Print posters. Send invitations.
Gather and publish the contest and competition rules on the contest portal.
Prepare a list of needed equipment, distribute it among judges.
Buy the necessary equipment for competition.
Create the contest on the scoreboard.
Create a forum topic. The topic will serve as a central point for communication between organizers, judges, participants. Create discussions on forums: Contest announcements, Team discussions, Public discussion
Announce the contest.
Register the teams. Each member of the team should register on the contest portal.
Prepare live streaming and publish streaming link on the contest portal.
Add participants and teams to the scoreboard.
Create the competition in scoreboard.
Wait for judges to write the results to the scoreboard
Evaluate the whole contest.
Print the diploma, give the prizes.
Close the contest in scoreboard.
Gather photos and videos from the judges and publish it on the contest portal.

– Answer the questions in the discussions
